Jesus, I am not always kind to myself, but You are. Thank You for advocating for me. Thank You for calling me by name. I pray that You would help me to capture my thoughts. Help me to see myself as deserving of empathy and understanding, just like I have for others. I pray that You would teach me to love myself with the mercy and grace that You offer me. Give me Your eyes when I look in the mirror, that I would gaze with compassion. Give me the confidence I need to be ok with not being ok. Thank You that You are a safe place, an anchor in my storm, a shelter for my heart. I pray that You would never stop reminding me that I am worthy.
